Yesterday we went to Leicester and had a nice day watching the funeral procession of King Richard III.
Today John’s fatigue is still there and his eye problem – squinting and eyes watering appears to have got worse. He woke up with a bloodshot and swollen left eye and blocked nose so we kept him off school. I managed to speak to our homeopath who thinks the infection is from Scarletinum which she says she has seen a lot of just recently. (Eye problems aren’t the normal presentation for Scarletinum by the way so don’t bother mentioning it to the GP or it will confirm his view that you are mad!) GP said his eye is very swollen and might be developing a sty. He has given us some antibiotic eye drops to put in 4 x per day. He has also given us some antibiotic cream for his Molluscum in case it gets infected!
Simon mentioned to the GP that he had phoned the hospital regarding John’simmune results. The hospital told Simon John’s white blood cell count and neutrophils are low and they have written to a consultant in Birmingham. GP said he is still waiting for a letter from them. John went for immune tests in January and we are still waiting for the letter.
I had a bad night last night with my lower abdominal stomach pains back again keeping me awake. My left knee joint and elbow joints kept cracking in the night and waking me up.
Lyme or one of the co-infections appears to be causing problems with my joints again. Last Friday I was woken up by deep aching pain in my wrist joint and elbow joint and with what felt like a deep ache in my arm bone. Interestingly last Friday was also the day of the solar eclipse.
